Train watching and playground fun...

We went to the park on Sunday to play. At least one of us is enjoying the unseasonably warm weather!  Here's a video glimpse of how we entertained ourselves before naptime.
Baby A  was so interested in the train that he wouldn't listen or come back when called... until the train got a little noisier. Suddenly hanging out with mama is much more appealing. Thanks for stopping in, we are looking forward to our Christmas break soon!  Only 16 more days...

Exciting news, and sorry... more pumpkins.

There is a lovely little pumpkin patch near our house. There are advantages to living near downtown. We went last week and took even more pumpkin pics with little A, and we wanted to share something with you...

 



Pumpkin Patches are really interesting!

Today, Aengy got to visit a Pumpkin Patch in Buda with his friends! We are very lucky that he has such great opportunities with his new daycare teacher. He has been studying and making pumpkins this month. Maybe he'll be a pumpkin pie fan! And yes, he really needs a haircut... but he is not a fan of that idea.

We had a chance to try some delicious Halloween cookies by Smiley cookies, and they were quite a hit. Mama ate some too but she didn't look as cute doing so...

It's here again! We love International Talk Like a Pirate Day, how about you? It's not too late to dress up and swagger about... plus you can earn some fun free food if you do! Just call your local Krispy Kreme or Long John Silver's to see if they are participating today. There are a dozen doughnuts with my name on them somewhere. And I know a little first mate who would help me eat some.

Hello again! It's summer time so we've all been spending a lot of time together. And turns out we all miss daycare just a little bit.

 

He caught me trying to get a profile picture. I want to order something like this.

Summer means time to make muffins and take naps after reading  books. For mama especially.

Happy Memorial Day! We celebrated the weekend with some shopping and a brand new pool...which we are already too big for. But when you throw a ball in there it's our very own country club pool according to Baby A. Hope you are wearing sunscreen, getting some rest and splashing around somewhere today.

Happy Mother's Day, we've missed you!

We're really sorry that we've been so bad about saying hello! Now that Baby A can go EVERYWHERE on his own two feet- he wants to. In fact, his mother is typing this as he is corralled in a high chair watching Elmo. (Elmo has magical powers at our house).

Words we can say:

BALL (with decisiveness)

More (as in more guacamole)
Duck (Elmo sings about them)

Mama and Daddy

Clock (Papa just taught us this today)

Dog (or Gog, depending upon how excited we are)

George (our cat)

and did we mention ball? It's a favorite.
